This mixed-use building features a variety of 2-3 bedroom apartments, office spaces, and retail areas available for lease. The property provides free wifi, free parking, and free water and sewer as offered amenities. Leases start at $1600 a month, currently one apartment is rented and there are five additional floor plans to choose from.
